I regularly visit this salon and always have a great experience. The services are really good, and the staff is friendly and professional. I always get a nice haircut, relaxing hair wash, and beautiful highlights. They use quality products that make my hair feel soft, shiny, and healthy. I truly trust their work and always leave happy. Highly recommend!

Conveniently located in Talegoan. Have a host of services to cater to everyone. Clean, polite service providers but not- so-polite reception staff who don't even smile. Pedicurist John was welcoming & professional but the hair stylist insisted on a wash, even when it was not required. Kinda disappointing.

Great job. You guys are make very good job. Service, professional therapists, cleanliness, good quality massage oil or cream. Massage therapists speak English, listen to requests and wishes. Administrators always nice and professional, they will always advise the right specialist at my request. Excellent interaction. One of the best massages I received while traveling around the world. The services are alright, but behavior of the staff especially the receptionist is extremely rude. Was accompanying a friend who was getting a haircut, was rudely told by tje receptionist they don't have a waiting area for people to be seated and waiting is outside the building. When they do seem to have a seating/waiting area next to reception, but all the staff was seated there busy scrolling their phones. And even if they don't have a waiting area, there's a better way of speaking to paying customers. I was almost going to opt to get a service done there since I couldn't wait but immediately decided not to because of the attitude. Some people just don't understand good customer service can get them more business

We were a group of 4 and had booked for 90-minute treatments here on recommendation of a friend. All of us were happy with the therapists, the treatment, the facilities, the cleanliness and the professional staff. As a large practice, they are able to provide appointments even at short notice. One of us has even taken a membership deal that was on offer. Highly recommended.

The Balinese massage was excellent and left me relaxed after. The masseuse was very professional and she gave me a great stretch. The steam room was clean and so was the main room with all the amenities one would need post-shower.

Extremely disappointed with my services today. Not the expectations I had from A&A. The therapist assigned were extremely inexperienced and just rushing with the jobs. Did 3 services today for self - pedicure, spa massage and facial. Felt like a complete waste of my time and money. Starting with pedicure- opted for spa pedicure. Cleaning was okay, Massage was bad and then even mask application was bad.he just applied the pack in front of the legs and skipped the back completely . the therapist found it easier to dispose products rather than completing his job. I had to call him back to show him that he had not applied the mask properly and then he went back got some product and applied it. Horrible Spa massage - therapist suggested macadamia candle massage and went for it. The only thing good with the massage was the aroma of the product and the 15mins of steam shower post the massage. The massage was extremely bad. The therapist just did not know what she was doing and came across as completely untrained and inexperienced. Facial - opted for O3 again on recommendation by the therapist. This was my biggest disappointment. One goes for facial for relaxation but mine was a stressful experience. I requested the therapist to focus on my eye area a little extra due to the dark circles and puffiness. She forgot the rest of my face completely and was only massaging around the eyes with so much intense pressure that i started getting a headache. Even after repeatedly letting her know that she was not doing it right she just didn't get it. After a point I just stopped . This is the first time I just wanted the facial to end immediately. I always preferred services from A&A on my visits to Goa and always recommended to my family and friends who visited. But today has been a sour experience and made me to contemplate that I should be looking for other options.

I visited today for a professional massage, and it met my expectations. A small piece of feedback: during the last few minutes, the therapist covered half of my face with a small napkin or towel, which could be avoided. Alternatively, using a warm napkin would provide better relaxation. Additionally, offering a small cup of Chinese tea at the end of the service could further enhance the overall experience.
