My wife has been coming here at least once a week for the past 2 months. She is delighted with the service she received. From blow dry to colour and all the other female services! Had a pedicure there myself and it was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

I recently visited Hair Beauty Soul for a hairdo and had a mixed experience. While the hairstylist was skilled and provided great suggestions, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. Pros: The stylist, though unable to replicate the exact look from the reference photo, was honest about what could be achieved and delivered a beautiful final result. I was happy with the outcome. Cons: Pricing Discrepancy: I had confirmed the pricing over the phone, but upon completing my hair, I was quoted a different amount. To make matters worse, the reception charged me an additional 100, which led to unnecessary back-and-forth and wasted 15 minutes of my time. Instead of resolving the issue, the reception blamed the owner, who neither answered my calls nor responded later.(looks like it was planned!) I wouldn't have minded paying a little extra as a tip, but being overcharged without transparency was disappointing. I had considered becoming a regular client, but unfortunately, this experience has changed my mind. Advice to Future Customers: If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend double-checking the pricing beforehand to avoid surprises at billing. I hope the salon addresses this issue, as good service should come with clear and honest communication.

Visited this saloon(Hair Body Soul) for the first time for shampoo and hair cut, Mr. Aasu has assist me for this he is mastered at his job, I am so damn happy by his work, fully satisfied. I always wanted to do a hair spa for a long period of time... N I'm so glad that I chose the right parlor to do so. I Came here for the first time and very satisified with the attitude and services. the staff at hair body soul gives you best service. They also help you and give you suggestions. And make you comfortable... The staff is cooperative and professional. Use of authentic products is their speciality. Overall I had a great experience and I'll surely visit again..

We did not use the services as the pedicure equipment was not clean. Hopefully, they will improve the hygiene to make it a more welcoming experience for their clients.

Pathetic experience. The staff is absolutely untrained and unprofessional. They charged me 550 for a blow dry (excluding wash) and the end result was totally disappointing. The hairstylist couldn't curl my hair even 8 times after blow drying them. He then put serum on my dry hair - what even? Overpriced place with zero service quality. Please don't go here. Its a waste of money.

Just wanted to say thank you for your great service. Aasu did a wonderful job with my highlights and global hair colouring. He does not rush things. I very much admire his patience and dedication. He also recommended I do the Keratin treatment which I agreed to. Again brilliant job! My hair is so manageable and looks amazing. I have been adhering to aftercare recommendations I was given, and my hair is in great shape. Huge thanks, I will definitely visit again when I come Goa next. Gracy UK
