Claudina's

My mother and I have visited Claudina's salons in Panaji and Mapusa for haircuts. It has been a wonderful experience. My exact instructions were followed perfectly and very professionally by the head stylist and her staff and we were very pleased. The ambiance is so friendly and welcoming and we would recommend Claudina's every time!

I had a very nice experience as always , today I went to get highlights, I was very impressed with Vilanda , the staff who was so polite, patient and courteous to get the colour right. Carmen as usual was there with a welcoming smile and her friendly talk that puts you at ease. I have curly hair and find it very hard to get anyone to cut it right, I always get such a short cut, but from the time I started going to Claudine, I have never gone anywhere else ...that should be over 15 years now

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. I have been before and had time to spoil myself with pedicure and manicure. After much too and froing the young ladies were ready to start my treatments. It started ok but through the treatment lots of silly girly giggles with a colleague on the other side of salon and low whistle made it very uncomfortable for me the client. I felt like I'd intruded on a girls playground event. Would I go again no definitely not. The treatment were good but the staff acted like they were in the playground at school.

Unfortunately the worst experience ever for me. I'm never going there again..! The staff keep whispering and giggling among themselves making it soo uncomfortable and it almost feels like they are cracking jokes on you. I had been here for a haircut and I made myself clear about not to go too much with my length, but they just ruined it all. They don't want to work carefully but just want to finish off and sit aside and talk. Overall the worst! I wouldn't recommend this place.
