Beyond Looks

Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. Only applied one thick coat of polish and had no drying facility so it smudged. Very cheap (700 for pedicure and 500 for manicure) compared to the hotel, which was good, but just the worst looking nails and experience. Would not recommend.

Did manicure and pedicure- very unprofessionally done. Nail paint was all over outside nails and not looking good at all. I asked to change the colour again and charged me extra 200rs unnecessary. Do not do nails at this salon, it's not professionally done.

Runda is a thourough professional... does her work so well and very patiently. I did simple blow dry and curls but it was very impressive. Highly recommend.

Stumbled upon this place. Went in at 10 for a massage. None of the staff was there yet except the parlour maid. Was asked to wait for 5 min. 10 min later receptionist came n disappeared. 5 min later a therapist came (behaves like the owner). I asked for packages n price & told my preference of having a North East therapist. She told North East therapists will come only after 10.30 & I'll have to wait. When I asked if there were any discounts, she rudely behaved n told for North East therapists there are no discounts. When I asked if I could speak to the owner/manager, I was told owner comes only in the afternoon... Till then this is my price, if you want discount come back in the afternoon. Thank God I left the place immediately n had a great massage at a different place. Looks like a shady place n therapists run this place n owner has no knowledge of what's happening..

Great service. Afia did a great job in waxing. Not much pain at all and of course she was quick too. The owner of the store was super sweet and helpful too. !!
