First time I visited Neomics Salon & spa Margoa branch. I liked Drusula,'s work. I liked her way to approach the client. She had done massage for face very carefully. had an amazing experience with her for my facial and pedicure! She was attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The facial left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing, and the pedicure was so relaxing. I recommend her services and will definitely be coming back.

Have been visiting their Margao branch for hair and other related services had the worst experience today had booked an appointment with them at 6:30 i reached the salon at 6:45 i guess they had allotted the hair dresser to someone else which is understood but I was given a female hair dresser who was polite but did not do a good blow dry at all in between as the electricity went off i was made to wait as only one dryer can be used again i understand not the lady's fault.As i was done i was not happy with the blow-dry done on my hair as I reached to pay at the counter and asked them why were the male hair dressers not available i was bluntly told that you were late for your appointment i said i was not very happy with the blow dry so again it was told to me that I was at fault for being late. Honestly it was a feedback to be taken positively but the staff at the reception are extremely rude also i had mentioned to the female hairdresser to blow dry the hair in outcurls as I have frizzy hair but she said it would look better if blow dryed straight which again was not done right Hopefully they start taking feed backs positively. Never visiting again

Another relaxing experience at Naomi's. Friendly staff and good service. The hair stylist Samuel understood what cut, style, and color I would like and what will suit my face cut. Also would like to mention Folcy, who did superfine job. She did my facial and massage and it was so relaxing and perfect. Thanks you all for the service.

I visited the parlour after ages and I must say I was really impressed with the staff. All very polite and kind. Really liked the work glossy did on me, facial was soo lovely and relaxing. Keep up the good work . Definetely coming again when I visit Goa .

I must say that I wasn't satisfied with my haircut, I thought that hair smoothening will make my hair look more natural but loved my haircut later! Still have double thoughts on the straightening/smoothening though. Still trying to explore other services..might change the rating with time ... I started losing my hair after the smoothing.. within a span of 2months I could see my scalp in two areas.. thankfully after a few home remedies I was able to control it. Do not recommend smoothing!!
