Oorja wellness Center is a great place for yoga practice. Yoga instructor Bharat sir has deep knowledge of yoga with patient & calm nature. Also gives personal attention to each practitioner which helps to improve. Every day different set of asanas make interest to do yoga practice. Weekend that is Saturday's session is like a Cherry on the top which relaxing mind , body & feel energetic. I have seen real improvement within a month. So highly recommended for experienced as well as beginner yoga practitioners.

The Oorja Center having good location in Margao and very beautiful garden. All rooms clean and nice looking...my name is Violetta and I'm from Russia and having treatment in the center for at least 2 years. And I have really magic results with my health. I feel more and more better....And all medicines prescribed to me are neutral and working without any side effects... very big thanks to Doctor Sneha. She is very protessional, care and kind doctor... And I like organic products also, which the Oorja center are selling. Thanks a lot )

I attend yoga classes at Oorja Wellness and these are by far the best yoga sessions with Bharat Sir at the helm. He is encouraging, firm and full of positivity besides being top notch in his knowledge of yoga. The little extra push one gets from him goes a long way.

I visit this place for daily yoga classes. A very peaceful and beautiful place in the middle of nature. The yoga classes with Sir Bharat are very inspiring and empowering. Sir Bharat is a passionate and knowledgeable teacher, full of energy and positivity, always motivating his students to progress in their practice. After a week of daily classes I feel stronger, more balanced and flexible. I recommend this place to all yoga lovers as well as those who would like to get a great introduction to yoga.
