Experience was very bad usually I dont write reviews like this since my experience was the worst I had to write it . Attended on 26th april 2024. Had done cleanup was the worst not done properly no bleakheads were removed just scrubs and creams were put the steamer water wasnt properly cleaned, face bleaching oxy didn't get the glow as expected. Eyebrow threading wasn't done properly ended up with eyebrow gaps. The owner has CCTV cameras placed could see what exactly and how the staff is everytime on the call . We as customers pay the price to get this bakwas service. Does money come just like that the service has to be good and the products used as well . Yrs ago When the owner visted the parlour service was good or I would say it was the best. Madam I would say ur service has degraded over the few yrs now me and my family has been your customers for several years now and if this continues then I would have to search for a new one in and around. And also this isn't the first time i am facing here.

The waxing strips are not changed often, which makes waxing very painful. Not the first time to experience it at this saloon. Totally Unprofessional staff. Too much in a hurry to get back to their phones. Changing gowns are worn out with holes. Very dissapointing.
