They were rushing the young girl who was cutting my hair to finish quickly because she was called inside by some one. So rude. Not very friendly either. Whispering among themselves while the customers are there.

Such a shame to see such a good place (used to be), go down with services and customer care. Had come in twice looking for a simple facial and pedicure, even after booking an appointment, I was told the beautician was not available and asked to come back in evening. This was after making me wait and not attending to me in first place. Best part is the salon had 0 customers. They probably don't need the business so don't care about their customers time either. Do not recommend !!

I had a delightful experience getting my hair colored. The hairstylist displayed great care and provided thorough guidance on maintaining the color.

While the staff here were lovely and took time with their treatments, unfortunately the manager was not and insisted on adding extra charges for every single treatment provided despite showing us a different price list before we began treatment -- very dishonest. The difference in price was almost 300 rupees. For instance, eyebrows were quoted at 30 rupees and we were told we barely had any hair on the eyebrows but when the bill came they charged an extra fee for extra hair, and said it was 50 rupees for the service. They added around 50 rupees to each other treatment we had.

The service is very good . The staffs are also very polite and kind and even the owner of the saleriza parlour is very kind .

Shabby place compared to what it was a few years ago.Hidden price,did a pedicure and they charged extra for nail polish that too no choice of polish.The saving grace was the pedicurist who was ok.

Very bad service don't go there.
