Neomis Hair & Beauty Salon

I was recommended Neomis Hair & Beauty Salon by a friend during my vacation in Goa, and I ended up visiting twice during my stay. The customer service was great on both occasions. I had my hair done both times, and trust me, Anil did an incredible job. While it may be a bit on the pricier side, the services were definitely worth it. The facials were especially relaxing, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. The ambiance has a charming old Goa heritage vibe, and there's plenty of parking space available. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be visiting again!

I'd heard a lot about Neomis beauty salon many times, so decided to give a try today! And was really really impressed with the service My mum had a splendid Balinese massage. They provided such lovely service, perfect amount of pressure and the ambience was light and relaxing, with ambient music. Even the products they use are of great quality. The massage therapist, Manisha, was also very sweet and polite. They'll also consider health issues If any and recommend massages. I had a facial, and Priyanka did a really great job! Felt very relaxed and was very satisfied. She was very gentle and careful about everything, including picking out blackheads etc. All of the staff is very sweet, polite and friendly and accommodating too. The salon is just based on the main road, very easily accessible. There is ample parking spacefor bikes and cars alike. And a cozy area for sitting and chilling in case you wait for your turn. You can sip a cup or tea or coffee, provided by the salon and read a nice and cute book too! Would definitely recommend this salon if you want your money's worth of service. Looking forward to visiting again!

Since I discovered Neomis Hair & Beauty Salon, it has become my go-to place whenever I'm in Goa. I've visited the salon more times, twice during my last stay. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are kind, attentive, and truly take great care of their clients. When I go, I get a haircut from Mario, and I can honestly say he is one of the best hairdressers I've ever had. What sets Mario apart is his ability to really listen to what I want and then actually understand and deliver it--perfectly, every single time. He never rushes. He takes his time, works with patience and calm presence--it often feels like a kind of meditation just watching him work. I always leave with a haircut that matches exactly what I had in mind, feeling both relaxed and happy. Thank you, Mario--I'll definitely be coming back. See you!

excellent service, great coffee and lovely people. Furkan, the hair dresser, is great at what he does. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately I'm forced to even give the one star. AWFUL service. I went in for two services and left before even completing one. Paid full price, did not receive a bill! Beat this, my friend was forced to take a photo of the bill on his phone because their printer doesn't work!!!! This too after requesting repeatedly for a bill. Not sure if they're aware of the legalities of charging for a service and not giving the customer a bill. All this because I wanted a little more oil for my head massage. Crazy lady at the desk claims she did give 'extra' couldn't be more than a laughable 5 ML! Turns out they have a 'limit'! They claim it's just for the scalp, which by the way hasn't seen the said oil or the 'extra'. No tact of dealing with a customer. None at all. I hate that I have been a loyal customer for so long. Absolutely ruined my day. I had to just leave unhappily. The salon is empty, there's probably a good reason why. Waiting for them to argue with me here as well as they did at the salon. The next time I want my day ruined I'll def book a service at this pathetic salon.

I had an exceptional experience with Anil, who provided an outstanding haircut. I originally wanted a short mullet, and he thoughtfully suggested a similar style that complemented my hair type and face shape perfectly. His expertise and attention to detail truly made a difference. I was so impressed with his work that I've already scheduled an appointment for my mother as well. Visited this salon for the first time in Mapusa for a haircut. However I was very unhappy with the attitude of the staff at the front desk. As soon as I requested for a stylist, I was asked to make the payment. I did not make the payment at that time, but I was really shocked that while taking the haircut I have the receptionist come to me asking to make the payment. I've visited many salons, but this was the first time I was asked to make a payment even before the service was completed. Even thought the service by the stylist was good, I don't think I would ever visit this place again.
