Unprofessional and extremely overpriced! They do not have fixed rates. I was told 100 bucks per standard size photograph....yes, you read correctly!! During the half n hour i was there, the rate dropped to 80 and then 60. 3 different ppl gave me 3 different rates! Then they argued among themselves n gave me 3 different timeframes for when my prints would be ready...in the end, they took 2 days to print my 8 sheets of plain coloured printouts!! They charged me 900 bucks and couldn't even provide a proper envelope! Plenty of other studios in mapusa, i highly recommend you do not choose this one

Horrible staff with zero knowledge about photography. They messed my visa photos. Luckily I had exact specifications and the knowledge so outrightly rejected theirs before my visa application was processed

Horrible customer service....to me it seemed like the girl that was dealing with me dint want my business very rude to speak to even tho I sent my pics via email to them and I was told to pick it up on Saturday.....I gave them a day extra n went on Monday....now they telling me it's not done to come 2moro.....when I informed her I need it for my visa application which I need to hand in 2moro she tells me it's not her prbm...I knw it's not her prblm bt this is not the way to run a business.....I hope the owner reads this and checks on how his staff handles his customers coz not only did I have just visa picture to be done... I had my wedding album photos to be done with them that's the business u lost ...it may not be much but every penny counts....due to this incident I went little behind to novelty sports theres a small photo shop run by a lovely family that speaks to their customers with joy.....and their rates are so reasonable.... remmy studios it's sad to see how ur business is turning out.....again horrible customer service.... please check ur staff
