I am sorry to say this but I regret going to this salon. The rates for hair spa was 1300/- and the service was not good at all. Even the place was not in good condition. Cuts and colors offers much much better services for less then half the rates. The guy sohail was coughing the whole time. The least he could do was wear a mask. I don't recommend anyone going to this place.

My experience at Beyond looks, Porvorim was absolutely AMAZING!!!! The salon is beautiful. Very pleasant atmosphere, Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees.Extremely clean area. They all knew what they were doing, they were all great at their job and I love how my hair came out! Definitely recommend coming here.

I got my Keratin treatment done at this parlour, the guys at the parlour are good at their work but the ladies/girls are like amateurs, they parted my hair into half n one side was done by the lady staff n the other was done by the guy staff there's is clear difference, it's not evn been 1 weeks the side done by the guy is proper n the one done by the lady is already fading off . Also my mom got her pedicure and manicure done among the worst services she's had, facial also they scarred her nose. And it's not worth the money I'd get way better service at this rate in any luxury high end parlour

lazy staff.. head massage was just a head scratching. one of the worst head massage. just put oil and scratching my head lol haircut was okay but several parlours in the area are better and way more reasonable. even the AC was off no music and staff not working can be heard chit chatting away. not good atmosphere for a salon.

I had visited the palour. I didn't receive a proper blow dry and hair spa. Their services vary depending upon the customer. If you are quiet and doesn't want to be interrupted while receiving the service then you don't get proper service. Services depends upon how talkative you are.

I had done Smoothening in this Parlour..and i must say..very good service provided by each and everyone , special thanks to Azim who did my hair smoothening...Azim is excellent in providing his services..such employee should be there in every parlours.Thanks for giving me a beautiful look

When i went the parlour for Keratin Straightening, i was promised a Free Hair cut and 1 Free Hair Spa. I was told the Hair cut will be done after keratin, and would have to come for spa anytime after a month as, if done before 30 days the steam will damage the hair. The straightening was done well, but the person who did the hair cut (Long Fringe), didnt know even to level the hair. I had to pay extra and get the hair cut rectified in another place. When approached for the Free Spa, i was told that the spa is not Free and that they had 20% discount at that time. Really felt cheated.

Bad experience, when I entered in salon one of the guy ask me to sit inside then I received a very important call, the staff came and telling me to talk outside and I disconnected the call, after some time he is asking me to wait out side, the same thing he would have told me at first when I entered inside the salon. Bad service
