They don't even deserve one star. Very bad service, the staff has a lot of attitude, they don't attend the customer , they close whenever they feel and even if there's only 1 customer still they don't attend the customer, for the first time I have seen someone denying a customer.

Pathetic behaviour by staffs , before I was a regular customer of Mapusa Anisha ,it was good . First they cut my hair,which was not in line ,then I went to Cheron to correct it. I went for Hair spa at 6pm, they said they can't do, even though they dnt have any customer.They said come some other day, then I took appointment and went today at 6:15pm, again they denied.Not recommend Seems they are not interested.

Worst experience today at 6:00 15/11/2024 spoiled my eyebrow shape and also too expensive compared to all the parlors.....

Have gone to this place 2 to 3 times. The staff is not very experienced. One time I had gone to get a hair do done. But the woman at the parlour kept on asking me what style I'd want. I told her roughly what I do need hoping she would understand but she didn't. She kept on asking me at every step what had to be done. It was annoying. Don't recommend.

Have been to this parlour before Christmas...there were hardly any customers and so the staff were taking afternoon nap...one lady came..who did my upper lip and eyebrows who must be a fresher...and those cubicles which are made there for facial and waxing which is also used by the staff for taking nap are so suffocating...and unhygienic.

Very poor service.They close the shop before time and open also late.The beauticians are making their own money calling same customers home (Rani*). They fight with customers if the customers tell their reality to the owner.Also give very poor service example finish the clean up in 15mins.

Pathetic service, the staff is very rude, I went to do my eyebrows and first thing is the lady spoiled my brows shape and secondly she was pulling so badly that i got swelling and it's still paining for past 48 hours. I spoke to her so much but God knows what she thinks she is, didn't even uttered a word from her mouth. Not recommended at all, I will never visit again and request others also not to visit this parlour. Thanks.

Worst experience.. not recommend at all for any service.. staff is not experienced.They spoil the shape of your eyebrows . Do not visit this place.
