Neomis Salon & Spa, Miramar

I arrived for a brown balayage appointment, specifying no bleach due to hair damage concerns. I showed the stylist a reference image of what I was expecting (attached below) and shortlisted a color on their shade card. After initial consultation and price confirmation, the stylist unexpectedly mentioned a potential price increase without clear explanation. During the service, numerous red flags arose: * Unnecessary water spritzing and color removal using a towel early in the process. * Aggressive backcombing and prolonged application time. * Evasiveness regarding the extended duration of the service. * Use of a product with a strong bleach-like scent during hair wash * Excessively painful brushing that caused significant hair breakage. * Hair color application 1 inch away from the roots which is far from a balayage application The final result was a splotchy, damaged color far from the agreed-upon brown balayage, suggesting potential bleach use despite my explicit instructions. I have added before and after pictures of my hair. It was overall as waste of 6 hours and a HUGE sum of money and I would not recommend the salon to anyone anymore. Neomis was a name synonymous with high quality and professional service and has been my experience for the many years that I've been visiting Neomis but as of this moment, the salon is being serviced by staff that do not have adequate training or experience to understand and execute client expectations. I have left the salon with hair in a terrible state and massive disappointment in general.

Second time here for my nail extensions and I absolutely Loved it! Special mention to Atim for taking such good care of nails and giving me exactly what I asked for. I cannot recommend this place enough. Anil gave me an amazing blow dry giving my hair the perfect volume and bounce. Loved the whole experience

My sister and I had an amazing experience at this spa. We both got deep tissue massages--mine was with Atiya and my sister's with Julie--and both therapists were absolutely incredible. They were professional, attentive, and made us feel completely relaxed and cared for. We walked out feeling like new people--so relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a top-notch massage. Thank you, Atiya and Julie, for making our day so special!

The room were stinking. The room needs renovation. No locker in room to keep the belongings. Unhygenic, wardrobes and basin were too old and giving a very bad vibe. No proper temperature of steam. Unsatisfactory. Never recommend

I had a relaxing experience in Neomis Miramar branch. I had facial done by Arin followed by threading. She was very friendly and professional and made sure that I was comfortable.

Would not recommend at all They have people who take out money from your bags I was carrying my wallet in a small bag and they did not offer me any lockers so I kept it in the towel almirah and it was out from there when i came back from steam They have thieves in their salon This is just mot acceptable I would like to add to your reply what kind of proof are you looking for we were visiting and we had no time to argue and discuss with your employee ... how can you decide on your own that you have taken care of the situation ... my money was missing and i was not offered a locker. And I am the victim here there was no discussion or conversation happened between me and your emoloyee as they did not call her when we wanted to talk to her
