I just did an organic facial! Loved the complementary neck & back massage. My attendant, Anita was so pleasant and professional. I absolutely love the ambiance. Oh! And there's a cute pastry shop right next to them, my evening has completely perfect after having their biscoff cheesecake

My husband and I called them right after 10 AM to enquire if they could fit us in last minute for massages and a haircut, and they did very sweetly :) We both had refreshing & relaxing massages and the haircut was what my husband wanted! Next time I'm in Goa, I hope to be back here again! The receptionist Rita is exceptionally sweet and helped us out with booking an affordable cab as well :D Also, the kokum juice they offered was just what we needed in the April heat!

Had a great and relaxing experience at the NEOMIS Patto. The service was spot on and I was taken care off very nicely. They understood my needs and preferences. They went of of their way to guide me. I went for haircut, my hairdresser was Irfan or Imran i dont remember the name correctly. It was overall a bad service, while cutting my hair, he got a cut on his hand and kept ignoring it while i could see blood was getting wiped in my hair, though the wound was small but it was disturbing, i had to ask 3-4 times to put a bandage, he just washed his hand and got back. These days, salons have just one formula or cutting hair in layers if you ask them that you want layered haircut, they simply dont budge from years of training. This was the same too. and then blow drying with a roller to set it, i explained to him for quite sometime 'what i dont want' and showed him pictures of the haircut i am looking for, but he did what he wanted, in the end its totally different from what i had asked for but what could be done. I didnt like his service.

During my visit to Neomis Spa in Goa, I had the pleasure of experiencing their Balinese Massage, and it was truly exceptional. The staff, especially Vineet, was professional and highly skilled. He performed the massage with great expertise, ensuring every moment was relaxing and rejuvenating. After the massage, I indulged in a steam bath, which perfectly complemented the treatment, leaving me refreshed and revitalized. The ambiance of the spa, coupled with the friendly and attentive service, made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend trying their services at least once if you're in Goa. It's worth it!

I have availed various services at their different branches all over Goa but today I was extremely disappointed with waxing which I got done from Neomis Patto. The attendant had poor technique because of which big patches were left undone. She even skipped certain areas all together. When I asked her to redo those patches she was visibly annoyed. Even the excess wax was not wiped off properly. The whole experience was so disappointing that I felt the need to complain about something as basic as waxing.

Anita their staff gave me one of the best facial treatment. Thank you much Anita sorry could not thank you personally for the service.

This place is awesome. Well set up. Clean and has an aura of class. Anita was the girl who took care of my needs. Very skilled with a service attitude. Sunita the manager was very professional and kind. Sucheta did my nail paint with finesse.
