What a gem! The massage was so professionally executed, gel nails done to perfection. Staff polite, knowledgable and the place is spotless and so calm and serene. They make you feel so welcome and not pretentious at all. Brilliant!!

Nothing great about the place. It's not an authentic Thai massage. The therapist hardly had any clue as to what she was doing..... I would hardly say I was relaxed. Place has an okaaayyy ambience. Other than that nothing great. I wouldn't recommend going to the said spa again. The therapist didn't even know what oil was being used. Most of my body aches now.... I ll prolly need anothr massage from some good place to get over the hangover!

Here only entertaining for money...wrost massage

I took a Baliness Massage and paid Rs 2500/- in advance as required for 60 minutes as mentioned in the pamphlet... The massage didn't last for more than 40 minutes and was too gentle despite request to be a little bit harder(could hardly call it deep tissue massage as mentioned in their service pamphlet)... More time was spent on hamstring(about 15 minutes) despite request to focus on groin(less than 5 minutes)... It felt like total waste of time... Wasn't relaxed at time of leaving, so yeah waste of money too... Will try Sephora henceforth...

They finish the massage 10-15 mins early and manipulate the time. You have to pay in advance, hence you cannot argue with them. Felt like I was cheated !!!!
