My better half went here to shop. The staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. They were attentive to her needs and went all the way to provide a great service. Highly recommended.. ("Best wishes and happy new year" -- from my better half and me)

The store is not bad. But the location in Panaji is a nightmare to visit by car, and especially now with "smart City" project..not so smart after all...the chaos is to be seen to be believed.

I love body shop products but the girl at the body shop Panjim is high on ego. She doesn't even have the courtesy to apologise when I complained that she should have attended to me first instead of the other customers who came after me. She was more interested in defending her behaviour. There was no greeting also when we entered. She didn't even bother to say that she will soon attend to me Disappointed with the staff but great products. The body shop needs to educate their staff.Very bad attitude

The products are obviously good, but the presentation is a bit messy as most of them had dust settled and on shelves. Friendly and helpful service staff, however some dusting would bring the body shop up to its standard.

I'm a huge fan of this brand. Here's a review for the watchman of The Body shop Panjim, I'm amazed at how smart he is, his got fantastic product knowledge and does great job helping people. I love the #BOB has started in Goa.

My experience was delightful ! The staff Shivani and Manoj introduced themselves and showed me the store really well.. They were really sincere and helpful .. It was my first time visiting and I learnt so much about the brand and it's products . I am very happy with my visit and I would visit again for more and would recommend others to visit the body shop Goa for a pleasant experience

The staff Shivani in particular is amazing and tended to all my needs in a professional yet very friendly manner , 10/10 on all aspects.
