Very unprofessional. Staff here have no manners they don't know how to talk to clients. They don't know how to greet someone or handle a client.The hairdresser was itching his body while cutting the hair. Very unprofessional would never suggest this salon

Honestly this was the WORST ever experience I've had in my life. The employees are okay but the owner has no respect or ethics. She treats everyone including her employees like dirt. Let me give you an example, the employees have to go to the owner to each time to get a little bit of the nail polish remover. And they get scared to approach her because she's an aggressive woman and because of that they try to manage with that little liquid they have left doesn't matter how the customer's experience is. The owner is a class act. This place should've closed down ages ago.

Worsttt experience!!!! I told them I need just a trim(equal hair length) but they did one haircut which is not a trim. I had to recut my hair because it was looking very thin.

Absolutely brilliant staff. The service is above par. One hair cut has turned this into our family spa. Absolute must for hair spa and messages.

Try this unisex salon in ponda....for any kind of functions

I wanted to remove underarms and I told that lady to do normal waxing. But She used one which i dnt remember the name and it was the worst one. I got burns marks after I did that. Those marks are still there. Please be careful before doing. Or tell them preferably which is suitable for ua skin.

The service was amazing. The staff over here is very co-operative. I had a haircut in hair for the first time and it's turns out wonderful... looking...... thank u Nasir for lovely haircut. .

Not a good experience... Owner of the place knows things but the people working there are still learning so they are not so good. I had a bad experience for waxing.. They had to apply wax multiple times and then they realised that the wax was not good, it had water in it. So over all threading is good but i am not positive about other service there
