Urban cut hair Salon

This barber is extremely unprofessional and clearly lacks the basic skills needed to use trimmers and scissors. He completely disregarded my instructions and ended up ruining my haircut. It's baffling that these fraudsters have a 4-star rating, given the poor quality of their work. The amount of dust in their salon is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs; they ruined my hair right before an important occasion.

I had a terrible experience with my haircut at this place. I specifically asked for a fade, and the barber completely ignored my request and just ran trimmer here and there. It's frustrating when even a simple instruction can't be followed. I strongly advise you to avoid this place if you value your hair and your mood. These urban cut frauds bc

The AC wasn't working and it was quite suffocating inside. The person cutting my hair didn't follow my instructions regarding how I wanted my hair to look. He cut off too much from the sides and the back of my head even though I clearly told him not to. He seemed to be rushing everything. He simply took the trimmer and ran it over my hair. When he was using the ustra on me he was at all gentle. Felt like he was going to peel off my skin. And this was worse when he was shaving off the extra beard on my neck. Overall it was not a good experience and I wouldn't want to go there again. Wouldn't recommend.

Both barbers should try and make customers wait not let them go just because they are busy.Someone should be there to monitor the barbers. Otherwise, a neat and clean saloon with lots of facilities. Thanks

Place is filthy dust and dirt everywhere therapist was on phone the whole time and when I said the wax was too lhot she simply laughed and didn't check herself she did one strip and pulled it off so badly I decided yo get up and leave I ve had a lot of waxes and never have I had experience so bad Is saloon main female staff har Time change hote relate hai kya Pata ki yah sir hi said nhi hai

Avoid this place at all cost and take the bad reviews seriously it's not worth it. Long story short spent 3hrs to have my nail done due toh how disorganised busy and chaotic thia place was equipment were old uncles and shared between unskilled technician. No care for customers and an unclean environment avoid please not worth it nails were and had to cut them myself avoid please i don't like this Saloon and stuff
