LM REBORN SALON

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Reborn saloon ST. CRUZ. I clearly mentioned to Mukesh that I want a nice hair cut that suits my face, but the result was far from what I expected. My hair was unevenly cut, and the layers looked choppy and unprofessional. Mukesh didn't even bother to properly blow-dry or set my hair. Despite telling him I don't like straight hair, he used a straight brush instead of a roller, leaving my hair flat and lifeless. They charged Rs. 700/- for this 10 minutes of hair cut. Now I'll have to wait months for my hair to grow back. It felt rushed and careless. Definitely would not recommend! Eyebrows were done well by a female hair stylist. On the other hand, the Panjim Reborn branch also has its own issues. While their staff is generally good, I had a very uncomfortable experience with one of the male staff members (a short-heighted guy, though I don't know his name). While bringing my hair to the front to show the length, he kept unknowingly touching the upper part of my body, making me feel really awkward. I didn't know how to react at that moment. Since it was closing time, we were already late for dinner, and no senior staff was around, I couldn't complain. Honestly, I get scared of such matters, and the whole experience left me feeling uneasy. Overall, I would not recommend both the Reborn branches at all. They need to ensure professionalism and proper staff training to avoid such uncomfortable situations for customers.

I had the most incredible experience at Reborn Salon, thanks to Lucky Mansuri! He truly worked magic on my hair, delivering the perfect transformation I was hoping for. From the moment I sat in the chair, Lucky's expertise and attention to detail were clear. The haircut and color he executed were flawless--he really knows how to bring out the best in your hair. I am absolutely overwhelmed with the end result and couldn't be happier. Lucky's consistency in providing top-notch service and his dedication to getting it just right make him stand out. Thank you, Lucky & team Reborn for making me feel so fabulous every single time!

This is my second time visiting Reborn Santa Cruz branch. Both times I went in for a pedicure which was done by Riva. She is so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Her service was exceptional and very meticulous. She used various products such as scrubs and masks which left my feet feeling so soft and smooth. Price was also very reasonable for the amazing service they provide. Highly recommend!!

I just got my hair colored at Reborn Salon, and I'm absolutely in love with the results! Nihal did an amazing job with my hair--the color turned out even better than I imagined. The staff was super caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Highly recommend!

I went to Reborn salon expecting a decent haircut, but unfortunately, the barber does not listen at all. I explained exactly what I wanted, even showed a reference photo, but he completely ignored my request and did whatever he felt was best. By the time he was done, my hair looked nothing like what I asked for. Now, I have to go home and deal with an unsatisfactory haircut until it grows out. A good barber should listen to their customers, not just do whatever they feel like. Definitely not coming back! Would not recommend.

I am actually writing a review after being with reborn for almost 6 years and I must say that I am really happy with the way they look after you.I had my own therapist for those years ..RAMU ,he was too good and I just had blind faith on him especially when I got very sick Lucky was very accommodating to send Ramu to Santacruz branch especially for me . Ramu is on his annual leave and I was stressed but when I called they made me feel at ease ,my intoe nail issue was sorted out and done without pain ( sorry I didn't ask those girls their name who did my pedicure and manicure) They were good and knew exactly what I was really in need off .I did a spa recommended by them and a nice kid Amir ( don't go by the look or age)not only did a fantastic job but he gave me a lovely haircut and I was at ease ,relaxed and felt sleepy too . THANKYOU LUCKY... BLESSINGS IN ABUNDANCE to you your staff....

Got my hair colored and styled at LM Reborn, St. Cruz by Mr. Nihal, and I couldn't be happier! The color is vibrant, the styling is flawless, and he perfectly understood the look I wanted. Highly recommend his expertise!

I got temporary curls done by Lucky Mansuri himself..... The service was so good that I'm totally happy and very well satisfied with the service provided. He patiently explained the process for perming which I wanted to do..... His suggestions helped me lot to make choice from....thank u so much fr the awesome service LM.
