I got a hair botox done. These are my views. Hoping they'll be helpful for others seeking such hair treatments 1.) They are understaffed. They have just two hairstylists and I had to wait for a really long time with the chemical on my hair (more than expected ) because they were busy with other customers 2.) Their definition of medium and long hair is completely different compared to other conventional parlours. It's a good habit to ask before starting the treatment. But I was so sure that my hair came in the medium category it being just 3 and half fists long reaching just below my shoulder at the armpits but they charged me for long hair stating that medium is only upto shoulder length. While many high end parlours would place it under medium and I've done other hair treatments before and roughly have an idea about the lengths they follow. So confirm your length category before starting the procedure. 3.) While my hair was thin and frizzy with low density and I clearly asked for a non sleek more natural look I think the stylists totally misguided me here because the botoliss procedure they did resulted in me having totally poker straight hair While they assured me a blow dry effect. While google researching about the product I came across it's features promising a 89% volume reduction which is totally not what I asked for and also something not to be recommended for thin hair. So I would suggest all the girls out there to research about the hair products being used and their features and Outcome because the stylist opinions don't do justice Definitely wouldn't recommend

Very very Good service. Products used are all top tier. The staff are very friendly, coordinating and has very good knowledge about their work and all the products used. Also, are good at giving good suggestions of the products w.r.t.your skin needs. Had a great experience. Do try their Hydra facials, it's makes you feel amazing

Best services. Specially Holia. I take all services from Holia. Best person. And our Luiza Manager. Best as manager and also best person. Then Vaibhav, Khushi, Anjali sushim they all are best. Best saloon in panjim. Aashma all the best

Ashma kamat is a nice person ,one of my friend got her bridal makeup done by her and it was out of this world Plus the owner is a very warm & helpful personality so it's a certainly recommended place for everyone

I went to Black Palette Salon on 29th March'24 morning (today). One guy was opening the shutter at that time. I asked him if I can get haircut now. He pointed me to some other salons nearby. Again I asked by what time barber comes to know how much time I have to wait. He smirked and told me that haircut costs here 350 rupees. This is how they lost their first customer in the morning :) I am never going back there!

Got my first Advanced HydraFacial done at The Black Pallete today. Khushi did a fantastic job with the procedure. She made sure that I was comfortable knowing it was my first time at a salon. The procedure was very soothing and relaxing with all the different equipment and products that were used and especially due to Khushi's experience and skills. I was trying really hard not to fall asleep so that nobody at the studio had to hear me snore to glory! I highly recommend Khushi for your facial needs. Also got a hair spa done from Sahil. He accessed my hair health and recommended me products and habits to better care for my hair. The spa was a nice and relaxing experience. I had the dome that I have always seen on TV/cartoons be placed over my head, and today I learned that it was a hair steamer. I highly recommend Sahil for all your hair pampering needs. It's a great unisex salon. While they specialise in bridal makeup and wedding makeovers, they are also a great regular salon for both men and women. I get my regular haircuts and pedicure done here. This is my second visit in as many months which means I love their service. Well trained and courteous staff and an elegant ambience are the key features. Will definitely recommend to friends, family and colleagues. Well done and keep up the good work Ashma Kamat (Proprietor).
