I don't want to give even one star for the services i received. Opted for pedicure spa which had menicure free. It dint look like spa atall. The staff is not experienced atall. All the time on the phone watching reels. The one doing my menicure asked me to wash my hands by myself after every step. About hygiene- same towel to wipe their hands, to clean their equipments, and to clean clients hands legs. (Dirty towels) Both the girls doing my menicure pedicure left for their home without applying the pack as they were getting late and were asking other staff if they can put the pack for me. And I was sitting just like that for 10mins figuring out if shuld apply the pack by myself or just get up and go. (Horrible) My mom and sister have experienced the same before but never said out loud. and that's the mistake we do. Their other services may be good but " We don't pay for this".. The owner needs to know that the staff needs to take care of the saloon in the owners absence and not take clients for granted. My hands and legs look the same even after the services. Really bad.. very upset..
