Customer's time is of no value. I had an appointment today at 6pm with Ms Reshma. They told me that she is finishing some other service and would take max 5-10 minutes. Of course we would cooperate and wait in the waiting area. Time passed and it's 40 minutes of waiting when she got free. What is the importance of an appointment when we need to wait for 40 minutes ? Waiting for 5-10 minutes is understandable but for 40 minutes ? Later she told me that the earlier client had some add on services and hence took more time. Then you should have told the client that we have other appointments in waiting or you could have told me that sorry but we would take more time to complete the previous services then I would have rescheduled. I am a very regular client to this place but now I feel, because they are established, they don't value other peoples time. Sorry to say But you lost value and customer today ! If businesses don't value the customer, they customer slowly won't value you. 40 minutes of waiting.. don't give appointments if you can't fulfill someone else's time. Unhappy Customer

I recently visited Adron for a haircut, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely well-behaved and made me feel comfortable throughout. Had a great experience at the salon due to hair services provided by Faisal. The Keratin treatment and hairspa gave a new volume and shine to my hair and I'm happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone .

BIG NO !!! NOT AT ALL VALUE FOR MONEY !!! I had very bad experience today at Adron...I have booked my appointment with the salon and specially asked for expert/senior hair stylist who can suggest the style of hair & beard. The charges were applied for the senior hair stylist. Despite confirming the same twice before visiting the salon no senior hair stylist has been assigned...Random member was called from the group standing & chatting outside the salon...I have seen other senior hair stylist working with other clients...That guy didn't give any proper suggestions on what hair will suit my face and started doing whatever he decided...After doing hair he did same for beard and made the look even worse...He ignored whatever suggestions/preference I have given... I got out from salom very disappointed.. After spending around 1000 rs, i got hair & beard style worse than normal 200-300 rs salon.. Not recommending to anyone!!!
