I was there for manicure pedicure service. And I asked the receptionist lady to show me the catalogue so I can decide which one to get she asked me to wait and their staff started preparing for service without me finalising and then they asked me to go sit in the designated area and started the pedicure by somehow convincing that I'll not be disappointed and without knowing the price I went for it. After that I found the price of all their services are too high so I went for membership offer and I was told that it'll have two free services. Next time when I went there they denied and said it'll only have one free service it was misleading and bad way of doing a business but as I already took the membership I thought lets a get that free head massage but according to receptionist all thier "staff was busy" while I could just see one customer in the salon except me. Though thier services are good staff is good but that receptionist really need to work on her communication skills and have some manners to manage thier customers. Really disappointed with thier way of business. From my side you lost your customer and good will. Will never visit again.

In total, I was in the salon chair for just over three hours for my Botox hair treatment and the finished result was very sleek, very shiny, and very straight hair. Thank you so much Shivani Rami Excellent service by her and Azure Staff Do visit the Azure Salon for getting an amazing experience.

I visited Azure Salon at Tapovan Circle, Ahmedabad, and decided to try their membership offer. Unfortunately, I found that the complimentary service provided under the membership was noticeably below the standard of the paid service. The experience felt lacking in quality, and the service from the receptionist left much to be desired. If you're looking for the best experience, the paid services appear to be a better option. I hope the management will address these concerns and improve both the membership benefits and customer service.

Got my haircut done today at Azure salon and nails ....done by Mr. Parth ... haven't had such an amazing experience in soo long..the haircut was an exact copy of the reference I showed ....so happy with the service ....Thank you azure and thank you Mr. Parth for the wonderful service......

Very nice manicure by Maira and pedicure very professional. Massage was also great. Lady for waxing left too many patches and forgot to wax foot cos she was in a hurry for her own work. Pathetic service by her !

Worst experience ever. They ruined my eyebrows they don't have any skills for eyebrows.The prices are very high. You can get better services with lower cost elsewhere.I am giving one star as there is no option for zero rating.
