B&B Salon and Nails Prahladnagar

I visited the Prahlad Nagar branch for the first time and had a terrible experience. Despite my request for an expert hair stylist, they assigned an inexperienced staff member who seemed confused throughout and couldn't address my concerns. Eventually, they replaced the staff and brought in an actual expert who fixed my hair. However, overall, it was not a good experience. I would just like to tell people out there: if you plan to go, make sure you firmly request a skilled and experienced staff member for your service.

I visited the place after a 3 year gap and they delivered the same quality service they did on the 1st time! Excellent work and greak consistency! Would definitely recommend! Shout out to Mitali eho did an excellent mani and pedi!

I had Botox treatment and highlights done by Bhavin at BnB Prahladnagar in January 2025, and I couldn't be happier with the results. This was my third time getting Botox here, and every time, the results have been exceptional, which is why I keep returning. The overall service, professionalism, and expert consultation provided by the team are top-notch. I highly recommend this salon for any of the services they offer.

My wife and I've been here in B&B Salon Prahlad nagar for many times for hair cut as well as global highlights, Mr pruthvi did my haircut multiple time and he has amazing work, I always go happily without any disappointed he is such and amazing hair stylist. I went for threading my eyebrows, and I walked out with uneven results. I had been patiently growing them out, avoiding shaving or shaping, specifically saving them for threading during my trip to India. Now I regret not just doing them myself. When I pointed out the unevenness and asked her to fix it, instead of actually trying, she kept insisting that my eyebrows were "naturally uneven." To make matters worse, she chopped off a significant chunk from the middle of my left eyebrow with scissors. When I asked her to at least match the right eyebrow to the mess she made on the left, she said she could do it but claimed it was somehow my eyebrows' fault. In all these years, no beautician has ever blamed my eyebrows for their own lack of skill. And now, I'm flying back to Germany tomorrow with these crooked eyebrows as a souvenir of her incompetence.

Okayish! Finishing missing for the service that charges 1000. I got it done at some other place the price was reasonable and much better end to end finishing and ombre effect was also done well, this looks like half nail is glitter and not ombre.

Worst service ever !!! They cut my hairs so uneven, i contacted them again via Instagram the same day ... But no response. And don't buy their membership, they told me so many benifits of taking a membership , ( you will get all new updates + membership benefits) since that day I have not received a single message or information after taking the membership
