I highly advise against spending your hard-earned money on Korean facial at this salon. They lack sufficient knowledge about their clients' skin, and I'm sharing my personal experience here. My face looked much better before the facial. While I did notice initial results, it only lasted for a month, which wasn't worth the money I spent. After the facial, my skin became sensitive and thin. I specifically asked them whether I could apply wax on my face, and they approved it. After that, I got black marks on my face. As a professional, they should have knowledge of its impact on their client's face, they should have advised me against it instead of approving it. And because of this, I lost the results I had achieved, and now on my repeated messages, they are not even responding. They don't have professionalism to ask feedback from clients who suffer due to their incorrect advice. I would strongly advise against any facial treatments here--first, they need to learn how to provide proper aftercare and justify the money they charge from their client.

I have been going to this place since almost a year. Unlike most salons, they don't force unnecessary treatments. Skin services by Manisha and Radha & hair services by Amit are recommended. The owner Payal is extremely cordial and makes sure the client is happy and satisfied with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this salon

I recently visited this parlour and had an amazing experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was professional and welcoming, but I must especially mention Shreya, who took care of my clean-up. She did an excellent job, ensuring every step was done carefully and thoroughly. Not only was the clean-up great, but the massage she provided was incredibly relaxing! Her technique was perfect, and it helped me feel completely at ease. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning!

Got Nanoplastia treatment done on my mom and my hair with color on mine. Really happy with how it turned out! And the staff there are soo friendly and cooperative, they make you feel at home. And the initial consultancy with Payal was very thorough, she knows her stuff and keeps you well informed about everything!

Got a hydra facial done by Kalpana and Radha today at Be U Smart. The service was impeccable and the ladies seemed experienced. Treatment was done according to my skin needs. And lastly the facilities are very hygienic.

Had a great experience here with Manisha. She really takes the time to understand your individual need and works accordingly. She is extremely polite and talented. Please if you do go here, make sure to ask for her, and her alone, as i had a not so good experience with one of the other staff. Otherwise you can close your eyes and trust that manisha will do a perfect job.

Worst experience ever! The staff is not well-trained at all. I went in for a haircut and global highlights, but the service was far from satisfactory. They took my money but failed to deliver the quality I expected. The haircut was a complete letdown-- they just trimmed the length, but there's no style or shape. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this salon to anyone.
