Worst service. Spoilt my eyebrows. Spoilt my hair. And after giving them humble feedback, they said "hamare yaha aisa hi hota hai". Very bad experience.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but my recent experience here was disappointing. I've visited this salon multiple times, and while my previous experiences were generally okay, this time was especially troubling, as I ended up with noticeable cuts near my eyebrows. With Diwali approaching, it's disheartening to have my face look this way. 1. During the waxing service, they used the same strip repeatedly, which isn't hygienic and can be uncomfortable. 2. Two technicians performed waxing on both sides of my body at the same time (one working on the left side, the other on the right). While I understand this can be helpful during busy times, the salon was not crowded during my visit. Despite this, I was told that other clients were waiting, so they needed to rush. I had to request multiple times for them to avoid the simultaneous waxing because it was painful. I hope this feedback is helpful and that improvements can be made to provide a more comfortable and professional experience for future clients.

Very nice experience with beauty services , prices r reasonable & services r worth to money . Staff n owner r very polite n friendly. So much satisfied with facial steps n manicure and pedicure....thank you Ekta love to visit again...
