Lavish Salon

I had a very good and satisfying services from Mittal..m visiting this salon for the second time..the nails done by her are too good...definitely coming here soon.

Yash is doing such a great job here. I was there since 6pm, noticing how much time and effort he is giving to each and every customer. Unbothered with food cravings, he works rigorously to achieve that perfect look. I went for a balayage + highlights as suggested by him. He did patch tests, showed me numerous ways to ensure I get the desired colour. With both my kids playing, crying, he was calm enough to ensure my kids and I are at ease before or even during the process. Would love if salon keeps one extra person for house keeping as the salon desperately needed to be cleaned, mopped. Otherwise, great experience. All thanks to Yash.

I had the worst experience with booking an appointment. After numerous follow-ups, I finally managed to secure a slot. Before the scheduled time, I called to confirm if I could come as planned and asked them to ensure there would be no waiting since my baby is very small. They told me, "Give me 2 minutes, I'll check the waiting list and confirm," but after more follow-ups, they cut the call and stopped responding. They may post great videos on WhatsApp and Instagram, but when it comes to booking appointments, their response is terrible. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with this salon.

Hi everyone, so firstly they have so called offers going on for hair treatments and they also post regular videos.. so I booked for smoothening and they checked my hair and they said my hair might get bit frizzy after getting the treatment done and we decided to proceed further but they literally burnt my full hair and then ask me to switch the treatment.. such a waste of money and on top of it my long hair fully burnt and damaged!! Such a shame, plus the owner or co owner talks to me very rudely and they charged me for 2 treatments even after having the audacity to burn my hair.. loosing money plus burning my hair.. I will never never recommend this salon.. I really wish they check this review and make up for their mistakes and repair my hair.. I have no words especially and literally tears in my eyes looking at my burnt hair !! Don't know what I should do with my hair.. I wish they can improve their mistake and repair my beautiful hair
