The owner's nature is good and friendly. Her helper did my waxing while talking on call she didn't even clean the leftover wax on my hands and legs and applied wax gel on my hand. I use their clean up service also but they don't give 30 mins massage to do cleanup and when I ask her helper why don't you tie my hair with a facial hair band she gives me an excuse that my hair is oily so there is no need for it . It will not stay in your hair . And the sheet they use omg . The pillow they use is so dirty I don't think so the wash it in a week . Her helpers are very unprofessional. But the owner did my eyebrows very well I like the shape. The why I want it .
