Had the most amazing experience at The Happy Living Imperia! The team is super talented and professional! My bridal look was exactly how I dreamed it would be! They used top-quality products that felt great on my skin! Everyone at the wedding couldn't stop complimenting my makeup! They made me feel so comfortable and confident! The attention to detail was simply outstanding! Even after hours of dancing, the look stayed flawless! Totally worth every penny - I highly recommend them! Thank you for making my day so special!

Booked an appointment for hairwash/cut and dry 2 days prior, they called an hour before to confirm if you are coming, and when we reached at the given time slot, they told us to wait. After 5 minutes one more customer came in and they called her first(she had no prior booking or appointment what so ever) and told us to wait for 25-30mins! We then left from there because you just cannot do this, what's the point of an appointment if you are taking walk-ins!

Worst management ever seen in a salon industry. Gave me an appointment at 12:30 and made me wait till 1:00 when I clearly mentioned beforehand that I have another important plan at 1:30. Only one stylist in the whole big salon.! Wish I had the option to give them negative stars but the stylist is very good and the massage he gives is really very relaxing.

I had a hair Service Amazon hair spa. I took an appointment for 630. There was only one hairstylist and they started the spa at 7:15 after the wait of 45 minutes finally after hair wash again i was almost sitting for 15 minutes again because the other client was getting steam into her hair. After that. Finally, the head massage started. The hairstylist continuously kept on telling that your strength of your hair is gone. He made me feel as I am the only one who had this fragile and bad condition hair after hair spa he applied me a serum streaks serum and I requested him to use a good brand serum because he almost was continuously going on, saying that your hair is not in a condition that Then I told him that if you could use the same brand serum in my hair, he told me ma'am, those serums are only for sale. We don't use it in Services. It was not at all hygienic. The stylist was not at all trained, and I found it very unprofessional of him. I will never recommend this Salon to anyone specifically when they are going on with the discount, not recommended at all. While paying also, when I was asked, how was the service, I told him it was pathetic still, they were not at all concerned and were requesting the payment which I did.

BE AWARE PLEASE DON'T VISIT HERE. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY. There has been change in staff ever now and then. When there was no change in my condition and it was time to renew, I PAID them and then out of nowhere they reduced my seatings. Even after requesting a written confirmation multiple times, they only assured verbal communication and then changed the staff yet again (It's their favourite hobby) and now I'm left with the rude staff not giving me the seatings I was promised after analysing my condition and my money went to waste. I would never recommend this place even to enemies.
