The Ritzz Family Salon

Highly overpriced compared to other salons, and I had a bad experience. I called to book an appointment, and despite being given a specific time, I still had to wait for almost an hour. They kept telling me "just 10 more minutes," and the staff, including the owner, was not welcoming. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Recently visited for threding and hair spa . Very satisfied with the results.

I loved the make over of mine i loves the work alot and the products were very soft n natural so it had not harmed my face thanks alot Riddhi Didi

I visited this salon for the first time through Instagram Ad. Salon is nice, cleanliness is there. It's owner is very friendly by nature. I have visited this place for Highlights, though the service is good ,she suggested me too. But what I asked for is bit different after the process completed. Not completely dissatisfied.

Worst experience ever. I been there for the first time and my experience was horrible. Staff is not professionally trained. I took the head to toe + added different services. First of all there is no water In the parlour so they can't wash your hair properly after hair spa. The staff was so unprofessional and always taking phone calls between of the service it was so annoying and unexpected.Really had gone through a bad experience. If anyone thinking to drop in the place please choose wisely. wisely b

Looking at the star rating I went to this salon but the staff was so unprofessional. Facial was not done properly. "Fruity" the name of the girl who was assigned to me did not know anything. She even did not know if steam had to be given. She was not trained at all. The next thing was menicure pedicure. She stared with manicure but again nothing done right. They charged 300 rs for menicure but worthless. There was no massage involved. It was so very bad experience. After horrible menicure I decided not to do pedicure at all. Note to the owner - Keep professionals who can provide good service not someone who does not know what to do.

This is one of the best saloon you can have. Best client services, amazing beauty makeup, amazing hair styling ,nails ..... The team works so well and are so welcoming they treat their client so well. Best part they offer services keeping in mind the vivid things .... One must go there and opt for membership..... My sister is so fond of RITZZ beauty salon...
