Yesterday my wife and I got a hair cut, facial, hair wash at Touch and Glow Family Salon. Had a very good experience. The female specialist did a great job. And Asim Khalifa gives very good quality results in his work. thank you Ashimbhai

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Touch and Glow Family Salon in Amber Tower, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad. I went in for a beard trim, and after the first attempt, I wasn't satisfied with the cut, so I kindly asked for a touch-up. Instead of trying to accommodate my request, the barber became hostile and rude. Not only did they scold me for asking to trim it again, but I also faced hate speech and discrimination, which was completely uncalled for. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for the service--once for the initial trim and again for the second one, even though it was their mistake. It felt like they deliberately tricked me, knowing I was alone, and then became aggressive when I asked for the cut I wanted. My advice to anyone thinking of going here: NEVER go alone! Bring a friend or anyone with you because they'll take advantage of you if you're on your own. If you dare to ask for any changes or voice a complaint, you'll face nothing but disrespect and verbal abuse. I will definitely not return and wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. Stay away!

Adil is a great craftsman of hair, wonderful atmosphere at the shop. Mustaqim created a an awesome atmosphere for the customers in the shop and brought tea as well! Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Used it for boys haircuts and they loved it! The staff is helpful, polite and kind! They ask customer multiple times if the haircut is progressing as they want. They are open to feedback. My son sneezed and next thing I see is a staff member helping him with a tissue ! The cars are such a cool experience for young boys and kids! Must go! Highly recommend!
