Touch & Glow Unisex Salon

I had high hopes for this salon, but unfortunately, my last two experiences were far from satisfactory. The hairstylist seemed to lack the expertise in executing a proper slope (fade) cut and the use of professional hairstyling tools was not up to par with other salons I've visited. He also didn't bother to use a barber cape while head massage and almost ruined my shirt with oil sprinkles. Moreover, based on my keen observation, the hairstylist lacked respect for the customers and wasn't attentive enough - especially making fun of certain customers or using inappropriate language in front of them. I wouldn't recommend this for any sisters in the area based on this observation and the fact that there were no female hairstylists. They truly need behavioural training on how to treat customers and make a comfortable experience for every customer. The salon's atmosphere was also a bit off-putting due to a strong odor. While I understand that the space is small, I believe proper ventilation and sanitation should be a priority. Overall, the service was below average and could benefit from additional training. Based on my these two experiences, I'm hesitant to recommend this salon and I won't be visiting again.

very bad behaviour not a good nature even hair cutting is not look good as they charge they are not doing work properly

My wife had opted for their annual services card. But unfortunately quality of service and behavior for the customer having card is very bad. I rate 0 for that. Facial just done with face wash, small massage and shining cream. No scrub nothing steaming etc. Even hair spa of my wife done without any steam. On asking was rudely told that steam is off. She took appointment for 3 pm but called to come early she came throwing all her work aside. But we are too much disappointed. Not even sure to use that card anymore thinking we have just donated.

Worst experience ever, these guys don't even know how to do haircuts, why ruin someone's hairstyle just for 150 Rs? If you don't understand hairstyle if you can't do haircut just refuse. Generally i don't review but writing here to save other people from nightmare. I asked him 10 times can you manage this kind of haircut, he kept claiming i will do it, and in the end just ruined it

Charged more than their actual price for no reason at all. The hair stylist was really professional and skilful I think and gave me a complementary head massage at the end. I don't feel like going there because their management's honesty is kind of doubtful when it comes to charging their customers. Another reason why I didn't like their salon was because it stinks, like actually stinks! The ventilation is not good and sweaty smell is all around. I wanted to leave as soon as possible!

0/5 Visited the branch on Gate no 3, Amber Tower, Regency lane, Sarkhej Rd, near Gulzar park. Zero star out of five. Pathetic service. Totally ruined the hairstyle. Inexperienced person giving service and main person just busy in watching tv (Mr Samir). I suggest never go to such a saloon who dont have experienced person. Even the person doing the haircut is more interested is eating his ghutkha than in customer. Overall i request not to go to such a saloon...

Worst place to go for a hare cut,, after ruining my hair their response was it will grow back in a few days, these guys don't know what they are doing.

my son have his regular hair cut through Tasneem bhai he is good in nature and treat customer with best service
