Such a bad experience not worth the price ! No patients to listen customer you tell something they do a different thing .... Very bad ! Never even try here

There is no value of your time and money the person working name DEEPAK SHARMA keep me waited for about 30 min while he is standing right next to the receptionist and doing nothing just talking with her and the receptionist is not doing her job as I think if this store have to run for future course then they should remove this person name Deepak which really rude and have no value for the customer.

Average saloon ...not proper haircut given to my son hire some experienced staff..

I visited the salon last Saturday and I have to say this is my worst experience ever in Anand, coming from London I've visited loads of different hair salons in the past and I got told to try A1 for a hair cut and bread trim. The staff really don't give a shit about customers at all they all spend there time on there phones listening to what ever they are you can hear everything they all spend there time at the front desk laughing and joking around while customer is just stay there in yhe chair waiting to get a trim. I person that was cutting my hair I told him several times how I wanted my hair and even showed him two photos but he still managed to shave off a part of my bread making my look and feel like rubbish. I would differently not be using any of your branches again and would tell everyone not to use A1. I would also like to let any customers going there to keep there personal belongings close as possible to them as when I visited the salon while I was waiting I was getting my hair cut they had 3 power cuts and I believe the staff had gone through my bag and took ten thousand rupees !!! When I phoned to ask about this the manager was very rude and didn't want to speak about the situation at all. NEVER USE A1 AGAIN WORST SALON EVER !!!!

Instead of I asked for de-tan, the person applief rubber mask costing double. Also no any effect seen. In the shop it is written that bill is compulsory.. But no bill given.. Fraud Saloon

Very bad experience. I had keratin treatment in VVNagar branch. And instead of having smooth hair, my hair quality got worsen and hair dryness isincreased after treatment. Hair falls out in bunches. Maybe they used lower quality product or over processed treatment but I am regretting a lot. I won't recommend this salon to anyone. I complained to them but didn't get any genuine response from them. If you love your hair, pls don't go to this salon.
