The worst service ever. Me and my cousins had booking for sider makeup and hairstyle. It was worst experience for all of us. They charged 2800 for the service. The ladies working there and managing the parlour were pathetic and rude. Everyone there was in a rush to finish their work. The lady managing was ordering the girls to work quickly.. the receptionist was again rude to us for payment as if we won't pay to them. On top of all this they had the worst makeup done for the price we paid.. we had patches all over the face. We removed the makeup done by the beauty parlour girls and applied by our own. I had my bridal booking for the next day but I cancelled my booking due to the behaviour and attitude from the parlour staff. I would not recommend anyone to visit this parlour ever. There were many clients having same experience when we were there and were complaining for the same.

worst experience ever! If I could give zero stars, I would. The makeup artist at this so-called bridal studio was beyond unprofessional. All other staff was so nice and helpful but Parul had an arrogant attitude, and barely listened to what I wanted. Instead of working with my preferences, she did what she felt was best--completely ignoring my comfort and the fact that it was my wedding day. To make things worse, she was rude the entire time, acting as if she was doing me a favour instead of providing a paid service. Brides, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. You deserve a stress-free and magical experience on your wedding day, and this studio will give you nothing but disappointment.

Please know that their behaviour will depend on how much you r willing to pay them. No matter which package u choose the makeup quality stays the same - cheap . Once I paid them and they got my photos and videos for the promotions they stopped treating me nicely - staff didn't even give me bottle of water when i asked many times. As a bride at least u expect good services specially when you are spending so much but this people won't get it . My suggestion - don't be blinded by their name , there are other options where u get better services for lesser price and u will get good customer service.

Ugh, where do I even begin with Parul's Bridal Studio? My cousin and I went there for wedding makeup, and it was a total disaster. Honestly, the makeup was so bad, I was mortified. It felt like they used the cheapest products, and the staff clearly had no clue how to apply makeup properly. I was so unhappy with how I looked that I didn't even recognize myself. And get this - when I asked them to cover a blemish with concealer, they told me it wasn't included in my package! Are you kidding me? To make matters worse, my cousin's skin was peeling, and the makeup artist just ignored her when we pointed it out - four times! They were obviously overbooked and just didn't care about the quality of their work. But the worst part? The front desk staff was unbelievably rude. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. I was so upset by their attitude that I actually cried. They completely ruined our special day. I was beyond frustrated and disappointed. The whole experience was a nightmare - terrible makeup, awful customer service, and unprofessional staff. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I'm so angry and disappointed that I had to share my experience. Another family was complaining while we were there, so it wasn't just me. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs!

It was a pleasure to get my makeup done by paruls for my wedding day and I couldn't be happier with the results! She has a very friendly and professional demeanour. She took time to listen to my preferences and understood exactly what i wanted. Muchh recommended!

Parul's bridal studio is truely a blessing for the brides who are going to get ready here. The team is amazing. Aayushi, mahek and krutarth helped me with the engagement/haldi make up. It was really amazing and it was exactly how i wanted. They anticipated and understood my requirements very well. On the wedding day parul ma'am did my make up so well. I am short of words and i cannot express how much happy i was with their services. Krutarth is like cherry on the cake, he even helped me in wearing my bridal shoes. He is really kind. They are very professional and they know what they are doing. I truely recommend this place. Great place to sit and enjoy the experience where people make sure that you look the best on your D-day. 5/5 for ambience, supporting staff and flexible beahvior of the receptionist.
