The experience was extremely disappointing. First, the appointment was not punctual -- we were kept waiting because the room wasn't ready, which was frustrating. The massage on the neck was okay, but the products used on my face seemed very cheap and low quality. What's worse, there was no transparency about the products being used -- if you're charging 4000, the least you can do is inform clients about the products applied to their skin. Also, there was no noticeable glow on my face afterward, which made the whole session feel like a waste of money. On top of that, the lack of privacy was concerning -- people were entering the room during the session, which made me feel really uncomfortable. Honestly, it didn't even feel like a proper facial. Definitely not worth the price. Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the inconsistent and misleading information provided regarding a charcoal mask that was offered at an additional cost of 1200. One staff member told me that the mask would help my results last longer, while another staff member told my sister that the same mask would reduce redness. This conflicting information suggests that the staff is either not properly trained or deliberately misleading customers to push sales. It is highly concerning that these staff members are not qualified dermatologists, yet they are providing skincare advice and recommending products without any clear understanding of their effects.

I had a terrible experience at the salon. They initially told me to come at 4:30, so I arrived on time, but they made me wait until 4:58 and said we are preparing your room. As for the facial, it was incredibly disappointing. The beauticians clearly lacked proper training--they just applied cheap products, wiped them off, and repeated the process without any real technique. There was no privacy either; people kept entering the room, and the beautician even left to answer phone calls during the session. For the price of 4000, it felt like a 50-rupee roadside salon experience. After half an hour of essentially wasting time, they told me my facial was done. It was a complete letdown.

And neno plastia treatment which went horrible and unfortunately, not only was my issue not resolved, but it also got worse. The hair color ended up completely different from what I had requested. The shade was nothing like what I had in mind, and it looked unflattering and uneven. On top of that, the treatment itself didn't seem to have any real benefit -- my hair felt no different afterward, and the service was far from the relaxing experience it should have been for such a high price. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete waste of money and time. The lack of professionalism and training is concerning, and it seems like they're more focused on taking your money than delivering results. Definitely not worth the hype or the price tag. Avoid at all costs!

I recently visited your Bharuch branch near Shrwan Chowkdi for a global hair colour service. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. After the colour application, I noticed no visible difference in my hair. Concerned about the results, I revisited the salon after two days to discuss the issue. However, the salon attendant's response was casual and dismissive, making me feel unheard and taken for granted. I expected professional service and customer satisfaction, but this experience fell short of those standards.

I had really great time here. Everyone was so kind and coloured my hairs top notch.they really made my day, 100% recommended.
