I had a very disappointing experience at Queen of Nails Art. I booked a nail art service for myself, which cost 1200, and paid a 600 deposit in advance. On the day of my appointment, I also requested nail art for my mother, which was charged at 700. The total amount should have been 1900, but since I had already paid 600 in advance, I only needed to pay 1300 on the day of service. Unfortunately, at the time of payment, I mistakenly paid the full 1900, forgetting about the deposit. Later, when I realized the overpayment and showed proof of my transactions, the owner refused to refund the extra amount. She gave inconsistent reasons, sometimes saying I had forgotten, other times claiming I had taken an additional service (which I did not), and even offering a gel polish service instead of returning my money. I have proof of payment and whatsapp chat as well This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend Queen of Nails Art to anyone. The experience was frustrating, and I felt cheated. Please be cautious before visiting this place. Definitely not worth the money.
