Before starting, she took the time to explain everything to me in detail - from which hair color would suit me best to how my original color would blend with the new shade, even addressing how my grey hair would be transformed. Her expertise was evident throughout the process, and she executed the hair color beautifully. I left the salon feeling rejuvenated and confident with my new look.
