I had a terrible experience at this salon. While getting my hair styled, the stylist burned my skin with the flat iron. It was painful and left a small burn mark. When I mentioned it, there was no apology, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing the issue. Not only was the service subpar, but the lack of care and professionalism was shocking. I won't be returning, and l highly suggest others be cautious when considering this salon. The salon itself was also not very clean, and the overall ambiance felt uncomfortable. On top of that, I had to wait for over 30 minutes past my appointment time. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Terrible experience. It's a family run hair salon and beauty parlor. Husband, wife and son are very much UnProfessional and unethical in their approach. They made me wait for a long twice even after taking prior appointment. I rather felt it's a gossip centre and less hygiene. The staff (family members) attend a customer partially and then attend others making them all stuck and wait for minutes or even hrs. I had visited multiple salons but this one is just a profit oriented salon run by their untrained unskilled family members just to loot money from customers... time waste
