That lady at Image salon spoilt my hair in the name of smoothening. After 3rd day wash my hair was same like earlier.. and she took 4000 for hair smoothening. She might have used some fraud or expired products. On top of that she had cut my hair more than what she showed me. Really disappointed. People who really want good outcome please do not go to IMAGE parlour in gandhidham. I am already suffering. Attached photo after my first hair wash and smoothening

Ladies image saloon is pathetic. I visited this place for waxing. Horrible service. I had to keep a continous check on whether there was any remaining hair and the wax was extremely hot - burnt my hands. Also beware of getting cheated when it comes to payment. Initially the lady says a price and when it comes to actual Payment, the price suddenly increases. There is no printed rate card either. Overall, pathetic experience- wouldn't recommend it

Really good service, people there are very friendly and the products they use are also of good quality with comforting ambience. Highly recommended place.
