Even after taking premium package did not get basic service also and no massage worst experience

Visited the salon a few times but the last time I went my experience was horrible.. even after taking an Appointment had to wait for almost more than an hour. Also the offers they send are not applicable after the services are done.. as they charged me more than double the offer price even after showing them the particular offer msg that they themselves had sent me with the date.. but they disapproved..

Used to visit frequently since a year and the services were good too. But last 2 time I didn't have a good experience. Have recommended it to lot of my friends and they too come here but not now on.. wish I could give 0 starts. Would really like to talk to the owner

My experience was horrible the employees there didn't even know the meaning of trimming. He chopped 1/4 part of my hair in one go and the both sides of my bangs are not equal 1 is short nd other is long . Don't listen to all good reviews ig they are paid . I wish they had an option of 0 star and they don't even have refund policy . Even a normal ' parlour vali ' could have done better

I recently visited BeU Salon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff were incredibly unprofessional, displaying a lack of courtesy and skill.All the more they seemed in a hurry while doing their job.Moreover, I discovered that the products they claimed to use were fake. I booked for Rica wax and the product they used was something else. .some other brand never heard of.This is unacceptable and I cannot recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality service and genuine products.

All services are best quality here especially Eyebrows and Upper Lips are done perfectly according to our facial structure and good care is also taken for customers.
