Services can be costly, it's normal but attitude of owner should be in favour of clients, his attitude was little too much. The way someone talks, plays major role in business, he wasn't positive, he might have typical repetitive customers, but it's difficult to have new reparative customers. Demeaning own clients won't help really, no matter they wanna spend or not!

Fantastic salon, great staff, fabulous owner. Great clear and transparent communication, recommendations and advice. Modern and creative styles. Highly recommended. Well maintained, clean and inviting. My 5 year old daughter absolutely loved the experience throughout.

The owner is completely irresponsible, works as per his own interests. Experiments as he pleases. Doesn't listen to the wants of his clients. Very egotistical. Don't recommend it. The previous owner/stylist was far better.

Don't know about quality of services but they are too pricey. Even basic day 2 day saloon things like threading cost hundreds.

My wife and daughter regularly visit this salon. According to them it is completely safe and excellent service provided by Nine Zero One salon during these difficult covid times. Excellent service and good hygienic salon. Would definitely recommend everyone.
