Disappointed with the Refund Policy! I had booked an appointment and paid 1000 in advance. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my appointment more than a week in advance. However, the salon refused to refund my money, claiming it was "non-refundable"--something they never informed me about at the time of booking. A professional business should have a clear cancellation policy mentioned upfront. Keeping a customer's full advance payment without providing any service is highly unfair. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values good customer service. Be careful before making any advance payments here!

Best parlour till now As I am regular client of this parlour. Yesterday, there was my brother's marriage and i got ready for three times but it was really magical. More than 24 hours, the makeup and hairstyle was same. I really appreciating their work and their mastery in makeup and hairstyle. Also I had treatment of facial, shiner etc. It was very good. Please guys do visit of this parlour once. Whenever I come from ahemedabad, visiting this parlour is must. Thank you much shobha di and shital di.
