My experience at this parlour was utterly deplorable. The staff's rude and unprofessional behavior was shocking, creating a hostile environment. The so called madam is arrogant and has dismissive attitude. The services were an absolute sham--completely ineffective, delivered by staff with zero expertise in beauty treatments. The only redeeming factor, the parlour's infrastructure, is meaningless when the service is this abysmal. This place is a disgrace to customer service and needs a complete overhaul in staff training and professionalism. Avoid at all costs!

I had very bad experience to be honest! I had gone there for eyebrows but she handover it to her assistant and I felt so much pain while threading and upper lips , I have never felt such pain as I felt today. Please improve your services and she should do eyebrow threading herself rather than giving it to the assistants . Please pay attention to what I wrote!

Never go anywhere if new real is here.....best makeup...best skincare...If you want happy on your function then must come here...
