Enrich Salon

The saloon is good. The service is good. The only reason why this spa is not 5 stars is their endless nagging and persuasion towards the customers to buy a more expensive and upgraded service and not the one which the customer is demanding. The receptionist and the service providers are good at what they do. But please hold back on the nagging towards the customers just to extract more money from them. Once a customer has said no to an upgrade/ better service, respect his/her wish instead of trying to squeeze out more money from them.

Worst customer service, they say closing at 9 pm but weren't taking any entries at 8:15 pm either . One of the barber was available, but was scrolling his phone and not ready to work. No staff there was willing to work even at 8:15 pm. The receptionist was no good either

I recently visited Enrich Salon in Gandhinagar, and had a truly delightful experience. I availed of their haircut, hair wash, and blow-dry services, and I must say, everything was Grate! A special thank you to Mr. Daivat, who made the experience even more enjoyable with his excellent service and professionalism. I had done facial and haricut. This was my second visit. Satisfied with facial but not with the haircut and when i took pony tail at home, there were still long hairs which was not cut properly looked so bad i had to cut myself. Wrong prices were shown on app and charges price was double the application price

I am visiting Enrich close to 2 yrs and would like to recommend everyone to visit at least once at Enrich salon , specially if you reside in gandhinagar gujarat and would like to avail hair service i would suggest and highly recommend to have it from Vijay, very dedicated and i always loved his service and full satisfaction for my hair. Very polite and awesome hair stylist.
