I Had Visited the Salon few days back with my Sister to get her Hair and Facial Done but in the Process they Burnt Half her face with hot water but the actual problem happened afterwards, when confronted to do the needful for the mistake they just acted as if this is pretty normal and it is not their mistake. Extremely Unprofessional and Arrogant Staff Visited this salon expecting a professional experience but was utterly disappointed. The team was not only careless but also arrogant when confronted with their mistakes. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any compensation, they kept arguing and boasting about not having bad reviews--as if that excuses their behavior. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. Save your time and money--there are far better and more respectful salons out there. Had to give 1 star just to put reviews.

Had a very bad experience while getting my hair done at the salon. They legit burnt my hair while using the hair curler and I had to cut my hair because of the mess they created. And I couldn't get the look I wanted for my function. Very poor service. They aren't careful or considerate regarding their customer service. Even after the incident they kept blaming me as if it was my fault but they didn't agree to their fault. I would never recommend getting any service from here.

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Would Give Zero Stars if Possible! I visited this salon for a simple cleanup and hair service, and it turned into a nightmare. The staff was careless and unprofessional. During the service, hot water was accidentally spilled on me, causing extreme discomfort and pain. Instead of apologizing sincerely or offering help, the staff was indifferent and acted like it was no big deal. The hygiene was questionable, the service was rushed, and overall, they showed no respect for customer safety or satisfaction. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and skin - go somewhere else where they know how to treat their customers with care and basic decency.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this salon was incredibly disappointing. I booked an appointment for a simple trim and some light layering, but I walked out with uneven lengths and choppy ends that look like they were done with kitchen scissors. The stylist barely listened to what I wanted and rushed through the cut like she had somewhere else to be.

At an Indian salon, I went for a cleanup, but during the step where they use steam, extremely hot water splashed onto my face, causing a serious facial injury. I had to rush to the doctor immediately, and now my face is completely damaged. My eye was barely saved. How can the staff be so irresponsible? Customers come to them with trust, and they don't even take care of such critical things. They didn't even bother to take me to the doctor. My face is ruined now. Guys, I sincerely request you -- please do not trust this salon when it comes to your face.

the staff was quite rude and dismissive. When I politely pointed out the issues with the haircut, they got defensive instead of trying to fix it or even acknowledge the mistake. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Definitely not going back. I expected a lot better service and basic respect as a customer.

Very poor and bad service. The staff was very rude. When we raise our issue that the water temperature is very high they are like your skin is very sensitive and continue their work. Now my face is half burnt and it'll take time to heal and now we are suffering because of their lethargic behaviour and it causes mental trauma to us. I'm not recommended this to anyone.
