I always go to Zenesty for my haircuts, and they never disappoint! The person who did my hair spa and the one who did my styling were so kind, genuine, and attentive. I felt completely relaxed and well taken care of. Great service and a relaxing atmosphere every time. Highly recommend!

I used to visit this salon very often a few years ago, and the service was outstanding back then. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The trainee staff had no idea what they were doing, and some of the more senior staff were overconfident, lazy, and constantly making excuses. Instead of focusing on their work, they were distracted and chatting. During my blow-dry, they used extreme heat, which ended up burning my scalp! I expected the same level of care and professionalism as before, but it's no longer the case. If you do visit this salon, I strongly recommend asking for professional and experienced staff only. Sadly, I won't be returning and can't recommend this place anymore.
