Service are very good,best salon in navsari town , good hospitality, neat and clean salon , staff behaviour is very good, I m going for last 3 years for haircut and all makeover ,i prefer to u go in this salon and enjoy your service thnks (ABHINASH)

Never trust this place, the staff charges extra amount unreasonably after the work is done. They behave rudely when we ask about extra charges. Also the quality of work not good, my mother had to visit two times to get hair dyed, also they will give fake excuses for their mistakes and charge you more for rectification.

Fly unisex Salon in navsari is worth the value ,it's clean ,good service ..I took service from shoaibh shiekh he did vry good job ,I am very much satisfied with the service ..he was vry professional ,well mannered vry kind and at service .thank you soo much for making my hairs as I wanted .

Staff isn't trained properly, I wish they were informed on how to behave with customers. The receptionist hardly knew about the services, she gave me wrong information about the services and then the stylist told me the actual stuff. Management is also very pure, I called and told them I'll be there but they didn't write my name and made me wait. Instead, they argued with me, saying I never said I'm coming. Three of them argued with me saying different stories, really unprofessional as one of them said "behes kari ne time bagde che" Hair stylist did his work properly, two stars only for him. Suggestions to the owner to check the professional behavior of his/her staff and management of the salon as well. I would suggest him/her make a better system for appointments or at least change the people who answer the calls and take appointments.

MR. Sahil shaikh has treated very well. He is polite and very professional and best at his work.

I had very rude experience with receptionist. She argued with me regarding appointment and denied services. The guy came to rescue and did my haircut but it is so uneven that an amateur can do better job. And i was denied for several services. Prices are ok but if you choose less price package, they purposefully give bad service.

FLY UNISEX SALON is very good. They are very hospitable to their customers. Friendly behaviour with customers and they gave proper advice to their customers. They gave 100 percent results to their customers. I'm also happy with their work. I am thankful to Mr. Sahil Shaikh and his team for giving excellent result to my hair. Good luck for your future.
