EMERALD THE UNISEX SALON

Very rude receptionist. I was very upset to talk the person on call. Don't have manners to talk to clients. Doesn't deserve 4 star. Staff should be friendly and welcoming, instead rude speech will never make you big brand. I would strongly don't recommend this salon. Receptionist play an important role to run the salon. But this person will put it down for sure. Don't try this place.

Poor service, overpriced salon. I went for hair cut and facial for the first time in this salon. Let me give you full review of the salon. Started with hair cut without washing the hair. I came on activa and due to polution and dust, hair became dry. He didn't even wash it properly and started cutting the hair. It was hurting me when he was combing my hairs. Poor service. I choosen facial of Rs. 4000. He started with putting some cream for 15 minutes then gave massage for 2 minutes. Washed it again and then again put some cream and left it for another 10 minutes and washed it again. Repeated it twice and again left it for 10 minutes. And then said ho gaya sir. Seriously, 4000 facial for 40 minutes and our of 40 minutes I was left alone for 25 minutes for rest. No deep cleansing, just like he was washing for face for 4 to 5 times. Poor class of service they provide with high price. They were particularly focusing on female customer for repeated orders. Me and my other female friend went for the same facial and after discussing with her I found, he just washed my face for 5 time for 4000 and given better treatment to my friend. Also they asked ki sir aapka skin oily hai to ek face mask hai to lagadu mene bola ha lagado and in the bill it was of rs. 600. Hair cut was off 500. I find better treatment at normal salon with better pricing and servicing. Don't recommend the salon at all. Don't go for it. Girl customer: they just buttering you to offer other expensive service. Don't fall in their trap.

I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in search of a fantastic haircut experience. I feel like not many people converse with their stylists, but my stylist was a young, professional, and a gentle soul from Punjab. The place itself was beautiful with multiple staff members working tirelessly to ensure all my needs were catered to. They offer various other services that I will definitely make use of in future.

There was no mention of appointment anywhere. When reached denied service and asked for appointment. Waste of time

It's a high end salon, staff and service is good. They Don't Sanitize the trimmers and related equipments. Not negotiable, for these kind of salon
