Love the haircut, amazing layers by the stylist. A little disappointed by the manicure and pedicure. The nails were not even equal. The massage was nice but my hands don't look like I've had a fresh manicure.

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The owner, Khushi, claimed to be a skilled nail artist, but unfortunately, her work did not meet my expectations. The application of gel paint was poorly done. Additionally, I noticed that the makeup client photos displayed were not genuine, which was misleading. I would not recommend this place to others.

I had visited the salon for a hair wash and cut. The stylist Mr. Viren solved my queries quite patiently, suggested good pratical tips on managing my hair and did a fine job with the hair cut. The service was also prompt. Overall I had pleasant experience at the salon.

One of the rare nail art studios in Rajkot ... remarkable finishing in their art even with the art on natural nails it lasted more than 24days ... after services like removal of art has done with so much expertise tht it didn't damaged my natural nails ...really happy with the work

My experience of hair cut and colour services was excellent, but my experience with salon owner left a bad impression. I had booked a bridal make up package for function to be held on February 1st, 2024,and gave 50% advance of Rs.6550/- on 17/07/2023, for make up at venue offer. Due to some reasons the event was cancelled. When I informed the salon owner, she told me that the advance amount is non-refundable, but you can avail services for this amount. At that point of time too, I was not informed that this validity is for a period of one year only.In August 2024, I had availed services of Rs.3000/- From the amount of 6550/-. I was told at that time too, that you can still avail services for balance amount too. I booked hair cut and colour treatment on 25/11/2024. After the treatment, I was told that as your advance amount given validity is of one year only, the advance amount cannot be utilised for services availed by me. This fact was not told to me at any point, neither at the time of booking my package, nor at the time of availing services 1st time or before starting of service second time too. This event has really left a very bad impression. Policies should be made clear in the very beginning only. I paid for the services availed by me on 25/11/2025. They offered me 20% as discount for this service as compensation,despite of my balance of 3550/- with them, is the irony of the situation. Have no complaint regarding services or staff, but definitely their vague and unclear policies , have left a sour taste and unhappy experience.
