Prachi's the Family Salon

This is my second visit to this salon in two months, and once again, I had a fantastic experience! Renu did my facial and massage, and I must say, the back and shoulder massage was absolutely amazing--so relaxing and rejuvenating She also did my haircut and blow-dry, and I loved the results! The style was exactly what I wanted, and my hair felt so smooth and fresh. I also got a manicure and pedicure, and the service was top-notch. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service. Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back

I wish I could write a glowing review but unfortunately, my experience with Kavya was anything but positive. From the start, she was rude to my mother and sisters, which was upsetting during the pre-wedding events. A wedding is supposed to be a joyful time, and instead, we were left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. What made things worse was her complete disregard for my wishes. I specifically asked her not to share any recordings of me on social media, yet she went ahead and posted them anyway. When I reached out to ask her to take them down, she ignored me, blocked my family on Instagram, and after a frustrating back-and-forth for a week, she blocked me on WhatsApp too whilst still keeping my videos up ignoring me completely. She is someone who is just looking out for herself rather than the customer - she was selfish, late, rude and the most unprofessional person I've encountered during my wedding. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I wouldn't want another bride to go through what I did. No matter how good someone's work is, respect and professionalism should come first--especially on a day as special as a wedding.

I had a wonderful experience at PRACHI'S Family salon. I got my hair wash andcut. Everything was perfect! Professionalism, perfection, seevice and staff behaviour very good!! Loved it.

I wanted to say that I always have a wonderful experience when I visit prachi'a family salon as I have been coming here for years (since my wedding). It's always a wonderful experience as they always go beyond their best to serve you. Thanks a lot prachi mam and kuldeep sir.
